Alignly - Terms of Use
A personal routine tracker. Not medical advice.
1. What Alignly is
Alignly is a personal routine tracker for clear-aligner wearers. It records facts you enter (your tray schedule, when your aligners are in or out, and an optional instruction from your orthodontist that you choose to save) and sends you reminders.
2. Not medical advice (important)
Alignly does not provide medical or dental advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or outcome predictions. Anything Alignly shows is a record of your own data or a reminder you configured. Always follow your orthodontist's instructions and consult them for any treatment decision. Alignly is not a substitute for professional care.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any decisions you make. Alignly's figures (out-time, tray dates, long breaks) are derived from what you record.
4. Purchases
Alignly offers a one-time "Pro" unlock (a non-consumable in-app purchase). It is not a subscription. Purchases, refunds, and restorations are handled by the App Store / Google Play under their terms.
5. No warranty
Alignly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that reminders will be delivered (device settings, battery optimization, and OS limits can affect notifications).
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Alignly and its developers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
7. Changes
