Complexity Prism - Privacy Policy
Complexity Prism is a Jira Cloud app built on Atlassian Forge. The app stores operational data in Jira custom fields, Jira issue entity properties, Jira project entity properties, and Jira comments (where enabled). It does not use an external application database or external backend service for customer issue data. The app does not send customer issue content, votes, blockers, or notes to external AI APIs, analytics platforms, telemetry services, or third-party databases. Participant-linked session data is temporary and individual votes are purged by default after session save. Complexity Prism is designed to minimize personal data - it does not require names or email addresses to be stored as part of its business logic. For privacy-related requests, contact the privacy email listed in our Contacts page.
Complexity Prism - End User Terms
These End User Terms govern use of the Complexity Prism app for Jira Cloud. Subject to these Terms and any applicable order, the Provider grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Complexity Prism for internal business purposes. Customer is responsible for maintaining lawful rights to data entered into Jira and the App, managing Jira permissions, and using the App in compliance with applicable law and Atlassian terms. Customer must not misuse the App in a way that disrupts Atlassian systems, reverse engineer the App except where prohibited by law, or use the App for unlawful purposes. The App is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Use is also governed by the Complexity Prism Privacy Policy and Security Statement.
Complexity Prism - Security Statement
Complexity Prism is designed to keep customer issue data within Atlassian-hosted Jira and Forge-connected product surfaces. The current architecture does not use an external application backend or external database for customer issue data. The app uses Jira permission checks, Forge runtime identity, and server-side authorization. It is designed to minimize retained personal data: participant-linked session data is temporary, individual votes are purged by default after save, and persistent output focuses on final scores, blockers, notes, and aggregate metadata. The codebase includes server-side input validation, output sanitization, permission checks for privileged actions, and scoped Forge permissions. TaskPointHub - Privacy Notice
TaskPointHub is designed around privacy-first principles. No registration is required. No email addresses are collected. Session state is held in memory and rooms expire automatically after 24 hours. No analytics trackers are used. Browser storage is minimal and limited to session identity and theme preferences. The platform does not maintain a user profile database. Participant identity is scoped to the session and is not persisted after the room expires.
